Gloria the vintage tractor might be able to be re formed which is really good news. The firemen were keeping the surrounding buildings safe even today by keeping a watch on the lightning struck barn. Hoping to be back with POTION making on THURSDAY 8th AUGUST so start hubble bubbling (should be double doubling I think), toil and troubling.

Had to be some farm setting books today for obvious reasons. Remember good old Worzel Gummidge and Aunt Sally. I know Una Stubbs is very good in Sherlock nowadays but I remember her as Aunt Sally when I was little and STILL remember Wurzel Gummidge drinking tea out of a saucer with his fingerless gloved hands.  I just love the front cover of windy farm....goodness me it looks a little bit hectic there! Of course Charlotte's Web is a school favourite-read to many a class with whole themes around the book from creative teachers at Rendlesham who used it very cleverly to inspire their children.

Oh i'm so pleased. I was a bit worried about a 'goodnight tractor' title with a more positive outlook for Gloria on the cards but I think it will be OK. He can put a review on here if he wants to :-)
